Button mushrooms are a favorite of many. But I have seen so many people not using them for cooking or wasting a lot of it while cutting, all because they have concern of its cleanliness. Washing mushrooms with water never seems enough. So, here is the perfect way of cleaning mushrooms in the easiest way. All you need is mushrooms, a mixing bowl, flour (just any kind of flour you have available at home) and water.
Steps:
1. Put the whole mushrooms in the mixing bowl.
2. Add about 2 tbsp of flour, 1 tbsp of water on top of it and mix with your hands, while rubbing the flour on the mushrooms. Do this for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add more water and rinse it completely. You can put the bowl under tap water directly as well.
